Quality of Life Dashboard v2 is LIVE

After much swearing and moments of genuine hard work, the 2015 Quality of Life Dashboard is live. No animals were harmed in the making of this app, but I did some serious damage to the local Total Wine store.

The source code is available for your enjoyment. I took the time to do some real, honest to goodness documentation for this iteration, and it is now much easier to make a community dashboard of your own. If you have any questions or spot any bugs, feel free to send them my way.
