Here’s some events the next few weeks if you’re in the Charlotte area and looking for something to do.

March 26th 8:30am - 3:30pm: Charlotte Data Day: Using Data for Community Development

You need to register for it, but it’s free. I’ll be there at the Mecklenburg County table talking about open data and tools and whatnot. It’ll be at UNC Charlotte Center City campus, 320 E. Ninth St., in uptown Charlotte

March 29th 12:00pm: Friday Tech Talk: Mecklenburg County GIS Programmer Tobin Bradley

I’m doing a tech talk at Skookum Digital Works about the Quality of Life Dashboard but also about development, GIS and government in general. No slides, just nerd talk. It’s free but you need to register.

April 18th All Day: DIGI 2020

The 4th annual regional technology summit. Registration required, but it’s free. I’ll be hanging out at Mecklenburg County’s table from time to time.
